Evaluate body hook as a percentage of available seam space. Target 45–55%.

Cover Hook %

Evaluate cover hook percentage. Should be within 5% of body hook percentage.

Tightness

Wrinkle rating 0–100%

Assess seam tightness via wrinkle rating. Values above 25% indicate first-op roll adjustment needed.

Countersink Depth

Nominal ± 0.005"

Analyze countersink depth against can size specification. Critical for proper lid seating.
